Use
Apply an amount equal to the size of a pea to a fresh toothbrush, brush your teeth and rinse well. For ages 0-2 years, brush once a day, while children 2 years and older 2 times a day.
To avoid excessive swallowing, it is recommended that toothbrushing be done only under supervision.
